Kenwood Isles Condominium is a brick building with 7 floors. It has 132 moderately priced condo apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and 1-2 baths. Most  units have bay windows or balconies and underground parking stalls.

Kenwood Isles Condominium was established in 1985 on the site of the former West High School. It is governed by the Kenwood Isles Homeowners Association and offers a high quality of independent living for active 55+ adults. At least one member of a residence unit must be 55 years of age or older.

The front of the building faces north toward West 28th Street. The rear of the building faces south toward a quiet private courtyard with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating. The front desk in our lobby is staffed 24/7 for security and assistance. An onsite manager and resident caretaker are on duty during business hours Monday through Friday.
