Hommeowners Asssociation (HOA) monthly fees depend on the size of the owner's unit. They range from approximately $670 for a 1 bedroom 780 Sq. Ft. unit to $975 for a 3 bedroom 1400 Sq. Ft. unit.

4. 2 Guest Rooms available to rent for visiting friends and family.
